Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – General
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through charmed-stuff.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Article 2 – Products and prices
All prices include VAT. Charmed Stuff reserves the right to change prices. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Article 3 – Orders and payment
An order becomes final once it has been confirmed by email. Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available during checkout.

Article 4 – Delivery
Products are made to order through a print-on-demand partner. Delivery times within Europe are generally 5–10 business days. Charmed Stuff is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Article 5 – Right of withdrawal
As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it. Products that are personally customised or made specifically to the consumer’s specifications may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law. Standard pre-designed print-on-demand products are not excluded merely because they are produced after an order is placed.

Article 6 – Complaints
Complaints can be submitted through the contact page on our website. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Article 7 – Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
