Returns and Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason. This is your legal right as an EU consumer.

How to request a return
Please contact us through our contact page within 14 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and let us know that you wish to cancel or return your order. You do not need to provide a reason.

Return conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original packaging. Our standard pre-designed print-on-demand products are not excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal simply because they are made to order. Personally customised products may be excluded where permitted by applicable law.

Refunds
After you have cancelled your order and the returned items have been received, or you have provided proof that they have been sent back, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days, in accordance with applicable law.

Damaged or incorrect items
Did you receive a damaged or incorrect item? Please contact us within 30 days and include a photo and your order number. We will provide a replacement or another appropriate solution in accordance with your legal rights.
